We provide automated photo booth services through kiosks located at various venues. Our service allows customers to take photos and receive them via text message and access them through our online gallery.
## SMS Disclosure and Terms
### Types of Messages
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from us:
- **Transactional Messages:** Photo delivery notifications containing links to your photos
- **Service Notifications:** Messages related to your photo session or gallery access
- **Account/Service Updates:** Important updates about our service or your photos
### Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. Typically, you will receive one message per photo booth session for photo delivery.
### Message and Data Rates
Message & data rates apply. Standard messaging charges from your wireless carrier will apply to all SMS communications.

### Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting **STOP** to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been opted out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, but this may affect your ability to receive your photos via text.
### Carrier Support
For help with SMS/text issues, text **HELP** to any message or contact customer support. Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers.
## Photo Booth Service Terms
### Service Availability
Our photo booth services are provided "as is" and subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
### Photo Delivery and Gallery Access
- Photos will be delivered via SMS to the phone number you provide
- Photos will be available in our online gallery for 180 days
- After 180 days, photos and associated phone numbers are automatically deleted
### User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate phone number for photo delivery
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
- Use services respectfully and lawfully
## Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
## Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
